Man Surrenders in Charlestown Hit-and-Run That Left Pedestrian Critical
Luis Serrano, 28, of Roxbury, turned himself in on a warrant for assault to kill after a hit-and-run last Thursday on Bunker Hill Street left a pedestrian in critical condition. He is scheduled to be arraigned today, Aug. 24, in Boston Municipal Court.
