Citywide Road Milling and Paving Underway Since Aug. 10
City contractor Newport Construction began roadway milling and paving on several sections of street around Cambridge on Monday, Aug. 10, weather permitting, to improve road conditions. Milling at each location is expected to take several days, with paving operations to begin once grinding is finished at all locations, pending weather or mechanical issues. The city says specific work dates for individual streets are not available.
