Planning Board to Host Public Hearing on Short-Term Rental Restrictions
The Cambridge Planning Board will hold a public hearing Tuesday, August 4, on a zoning petition (CMA 2026-188) that would tighten rules and enforcement for short-term rentals. The meeting is remote, held over Zoom Webinar, and residents can register through the Planning Board meetings page to watch or comment. Written comments emailed to planningboardcomment@cambridgema.gov by 5 p.m. the day before the meeting will be given to the board.
