MBTA Red Line Returns to Regular Service Today

The MBTA resumed regular Red Line service Friday, ending 10 consecutive days of shuttle-bus replacement between Alewife and Park Street. The closure, which ran July 21 through July 30, covered Alewife, Davis, Porter, Harvard, Central, Kendall/MIT, Charles/MGH and Park Street while crews completed track work, signal improvements and other repairs.
