Town Meeting Warrant for Sept. 28 Includes Cell Tower, Zoning Changes
The third and final Town Meeting session of the year opens the evening of Sept. 28 with a warrant far lighter than May's. Article 4 would authorize the Select Board to lease town land at 27 Blanchard Road for a cellular communications tower, a parcel the town has leased out since 1984 across two 20-year terms. Also on the warrant: animal-control bylaw updates, sewer funding, a firefighter contract and a zoning change affecting 49 Middlesex Turnpike.
