Planning Board Continues Review of 2 Wall Street Drive-Through

At its September 17 meeting, the Planning Board continued its discussion of a proposal to demolish the existing building at 2 Wall Street and build an approximately 4,800-square-foot fast-order food service restaurant with a drive-through, plus associated site improvements. The applicant is seeking site plan approval and special permits under the zoning bylaw sections covering fast-order food and take-out restaurants and drive-through facilities. Because the item was continued, no decision was made.
