Planning Board approves 188-unit complex on Middlesex Turnpike
The Planning Board approved a site plan and special permits for a new 188-unit multi-family building at 129-131 Middlesex Turnpike. The permits, granted under the zoning bylaw sections covering swimming pools and residential garages for more than three automobiles, allow under-building and surface parking, a resident amenity area with a pool, and associated on-site improvements.
