Coolidge Corner Theatre Workers and Management Agree on New Contract
The roughly 40-member union representing Coolidge Corner Theatre projectionists, box office and concessions staff announced Monday that members voted to ratify a contract, ending more than two years of contentious negotiations and averting a possible strike. The union, formed in 2024, said management offered a new draft with key concessions and that it will elect stewards soon. Executive Director and CEO Beth Gilligan confirmed the agreement, saying the theater's goal from the beginning was a "fair, equitable, and sustainable contract."
