City Realty Acquires Nine-Building Coolidge Corner Portfolio for $23.15M

Allston-based City Realty has acquired the nine-building "Coolidge Corner Collection" from Ramon Realty for $23.15 million in a deal closed Aug. 25 and brokered by Colliers. The 65,262-square-foot portfolio holds 49 residential units and three commercial spaces at 223 and 229-231 St. Paul Street, 26-28 Browne Street, 395-397 Harvard Street, 7 Naples Road and 1343 Beacon Street, and was 96% occupied at the time of sale. Colliers said 12% of the residential units are fully renovated and another 57% partially upgraded, and that the offering drew local, regional and national investor interest amid uncertainty over a proposed statewide rent-control ballot initiative.
