Billerica Police promote Justin Guanci to sergeant, Timothy McKenna to lieutenant

Billerica Police announced Oct. 1 that Officer Justin Guanci has been promoted to sergeant and Sgt. Timothy McKenna to lieutenant. The department said the two were promoted to supervisory positions last week, following a swearing-in ceremony, as a result of their commitment and dedication to the department and the community. Chief Roy Frost and Town Manager Chris Dillon joined department leaders for photos marking the promotions.
