Life-sciences construction begins on Concord Road

Berkeley Garbe has begun constructing a 150,000-sqare-foot advanced manufacturing and life-sciences facility at 161 Concord Road. Expected to complete next spring, the project will serve industries including aerospace, robotics, medical devices, semiconductors, computer hardware and battery technologies. Avison Young is leasing agent.
