Green Beverly turns Cabot Street parking spots into parklets

Green Beverly is re-programming two parking spaces on Cabot Street near Federal Street, at The Bower, into temporary parklets for art, play and activism today from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is Beverly's entry in PARK(ing) Day, an annual international event in which people reclaim urban space from cars to support art, activism and cultural expression.
