Planning Board weighs Linden Avenue permit, 24-hour McDonald's

The Planning Board meets tonight at 7 p.m. in the Beverly Police Department community room at 175 Elliott Street. Members will consider a request from King & Wallin Restaurant Group to modify a 1998 site plan decision so the McDonald's at 230 Elliott Street can operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, instead of 6 a.m. to midnight. The board also opens a public hearing on a special permit for 4 Linden Avenue seeking parking deviations, including cutting required off-street spaces from four to three.
