State Panel Solicits Testimony on Belmont Remote Town Meeting Bill
The Massachusetts Joint Committee on Municipalities and Regional Government began accepting written testimony Sept. 21 on House Bill 5660, which would let Belmont hold hybrid and remote town meetings. Testimony can be typed into a text field or uploaded as a Word or video attachment, with size limits of 5 MB for documents and 100 MB for video. Submitters can also ask to appear on a panel or request that their testimony remain private.
