ZBA to Hear 18-20 Winslow Road Front-Yard Parking Permit
The Zoning Board of Appeals takes up Case 26-24 tonight at 7 p.m., a special permit application from George Yeghishyan to build front-yard parking with screening landscaping at 18-20 Winslow Road in the General Residence district. The Office of Planning and Building denied the driveway expansion application in March, citing Section 5.1.3(b) of the zoning bylaw, which requires a special permit from the board for front-yard parking. The hearing is hybrid, held in the Art Gallery on the third floor of the Homer Building at 19 Moore Street and by remote access through Zoom.
