Massport Rejects Public Webcam Request at Hanscom Field
Massport denied a request from the Hanscom Field Advisory Commission for public webcams to monitor ICE activity at Hanscom Field, citing security concerns and the airport's proximity to an active military base. The commission had sought the cameras to improve public observation of ICE operations, but Massport stated it is not involved in the transfer of ICE detainees and cannot accommodate the request.
