Snack Shack Owner Sentenced to Six Months in School Theft Case
Patrick Van Cott, 64, of Sandwich, who ran the Snack Shack on Sandy Neck Beach in Barnstable, was sentenced Wednesday to six months in prison after pleading guilty to one count of theft concerning programs receiving federal funds and two counts of wire fraud.
