Boylston-Charlesgate intersection partially closes for bridge work this weekend

MassDOT has partially closed the Boylston Street and Charlesgate intersection through 5 a.m. Monday for roadway reconstruction tied to the Bowker Overpass replacement project. One lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction on Charlesgate, while east-west drivers are detoured to Ipswich Street. Pedestrian crossings are closed with signed detours in place.
