Orange Line Shutdown Between Forest Hills and Back Bay Ends Today

The five-day partial Orange Line shutdown south of Back Bay ends today, with regular rail service resuming between Forest Hills and Back Bay. Crews completed signal upgrades, station improvements at Ruggles and Jackson Square, and repairs to a Green Street staircase. Shuttle buses that replaced trains since September 10 will no longer run.
