Newbury St. cannabis shop seeks longer hours, ownership change

The Boston Cannabis Board takes up Ember Gardens' petition at a virtual hearing today at 1 p.m., covering a change of ownership at 297 Newbury St., extended operating hours of 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., and the removal of several operating conditions. The equity-status retailer has not yet opened. Residents may testify for up to two minutes at the hearing or submit written comments to cannabisboard@boston.gov.
