ICE arrests Guatemalan man charged with Arlington sex crimes

Federal officials say ICE Boston arrested Rocael Ordonez-Cruz, 23, a Guatemalan national, on July 21 at the Middlesex County House of Correction in Billerica following his release from state custody. Arlington Police arrested him on June 25, and local authorities have charged him with assault to rape, rape, indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years or older, and indecent exposure. ICE says he entered the country without being inspected or admitted and will remain in federal custody after being served a notice to appear before an immigration judge.
