Appeals window open for Mass Ave mixed-use development decision

The town filed the Redevelopment Board's July 2 decision approving amended plans for a four-story, mixed-use building with two commercial units and 30 residential units, including 5 affordable units, at 190 & 192-200 Massachusetts Ave. The 20-day appeals period ends July 22, 2026. Plans may be viewed at the Department of Planning and Community Development in the Town Hall Annex.
