The 'Outside|In — Go Fish!' exhibit, celebrating the return of herring to the Mystic River through community art, opens today at 4:00 PM at 13FOREST Gallery, 167A Massachusetts Ave. The project is a collaboration between ArtsArlington and the Mystic River Watershed Association.
