Andover resident charged in voter-fraud case
Federal prosecutors said Wednesday that Yupeng Sun, 33, of Andover, was arrested and charged with fraudulent voter registration and voting connected to the 2024 presidential election. Prosecutors allege Sun impersonated another Chinese national and filed fraudulent immigration forms. The charges were announced by the U.S. Attorney's Office for Massachusetts.
