Andover Settles Fired Youth Director's Lawsuit for $225,000

Andover finalized a $225,000 settlement on August 4 to resolve former Youth Services Director William Fahey's wrongful termination lawsuit. The town says the payment is fully covered by its insurance. The case had been pending in Essex Superior Court in Salem, where a jury trial had been scheduled to begin July 27 before the settlement was reached.
