The amended agenda also includes signing the warrant for the Nov. 3 State Election, a Board of Health appointment and an Eagle Scout project to restore the World War II Memorial. The meeting will be broadcast live on Swansea Comcast Channel 96 and the Swansea Community Network's Facebook page.
